Every event is different, so please drop us a message with your event details. This will help us provide an accurate estimate for our mobile bar in Calgary. We have a four-hour minimum rental charge with any hours after that offered at a reduced rate.

AGLC regulations in Alberta do not allow the sale of alcohol from a mobile bar. The host of the event is responsible for purchasing alcohol and acquiring a Liquor Licence so we can legally dispense any alcoholic beverages. We can help you make your beverage selections through our suppliers and even pick up and drop off the kegs in the Calgary area for no additional charge.

A Liquor Licence allows for the sale and service of alcohol on special occasions, such as cash bars at weddings or private receptions, as well as larger public events. A Liquor Licence is required any time alcohol is served anywhere other than in a licensed establishment or a private residence. It is an easy online application!

Chugwagons YYC Mobile Bar provide smash-proof, clear, plastic style pint glasses. Perfect for the outdoors. Any other type of glassware required would need to be provided by the event organizer.

Yes we are! As long as the weather isn't absolutely freezing, we can likely serve your outdoor event. We can also setup our Chugwagons inside during the winter if the venue allows for it. A warehouse or a venue with a ramp/bay door could work perfectly. Our mobile bar in Calgary is fully operational all year round!
